How a crew gets to your gate
- Scope call. Trade mix, headcount, certifications, site rules, start date and duration.
- Rate sheet in 24 hours. Bill rate, per diem, overtime and mobilization, with our COIs and prequal status attached.
- Crew verified. Licences, GWO, NCCER, TWIC and drug screens verified against the registries before anyone is offered.
- Mobilize in 5–10 days. Travel, lodging and per diem handled by us; timesheets in your portal or ours.
- Weekly check-ins. A named account lead on every project, with redeployment planned before demobilization.
