Fieldcraft Workforce was founded to close one gap: energy, industrial and data-center projects need certified crews in days, and the people who hold those tickets need work that pays what it says and keeps them working. We are a W-2 employer of record for skilled trades across the USA and Canada.
How we operate
Four commitments
Verified before offered
Every ticket checked against the issuing registry before a candidate is presented. Speed matters, but a lapsed licence at the gate costs everyone.
The whole pay picture, up front
Rate, per diem, rotation, lodging and overtime on every job posting and every rate sheet. Workers and clients see the same numbers.
Employees, not contractors
W-2 employment with workers’ compensation, insurance and weekly pay. It is what the law and our clients expect, and it is how crews are treated properly.
Work continuity
We plan redeployment before demobilization and keep the outage, turnaround and campus calendars so crews move from one project to the next.
