Gas-turbine wave

With turbine backlogs stretching to 2031, the constraint becomes the millwrights, combustion-turbine techs and I&E who erect, commission and maintain them.

SMR and nuclear new build

ASME III welders, RP technician trainees and craft with clean fitness-for-duty histories; Red Seal boilermakers and steamfitters with CNSC clearance in Ontario.

Grid-scale battery

NETA Level 2–3 technicians and electricians trained on HV DC safety and OEM platforms for the fastest-growing electrical specialty.

Hydrogen and carbon capture

LNG and petrochem craft with added cryogenic and high-pressure competencies for the Gulf Coast project list.

Semiconductor fabs

Tool install and hook-up: UHP gas, orbital welding and cleanroom protocol, seeded from pipefitters and millwrights.

Wind repower and O&M

After the 2027 construction deadline, the durable wind work is O&M and repower. Our technician bench is built for that tail.
