Per diem, spelled out
Per diem is shown separately from wages on every listing and every pay stub, and paid under an accountable plan so it stays tax-free when you qualify. Travel in and out is reimbursed.
Weekly pay, on-demand access
Paid every Friday. Earned-wage access lets you draw what you have already worked between paydays, with no fee from us.
Your next job before this one ends
We keep the outage, turnaround and data-center calendars and plan your redeployment three weeks before demob, so the gap is days, not months.
Training we pay for
GWO BST/BTT, NFPA 70E, MV termination, NETA Level 2 and rigging courses funded by us and earned back as a retention bonus after 1,000 billed hours. No clawbacks.
A recruiter who knows your trade
Electrical and mechanical desks are run by people who can talk Book II, 6G coupons and 7F outages. Texts answered during working hours, offers in writing within 48 hours.
PPE and gear
Baseline PPE is issued by us at no cost. Task-specific gear such as harness sets, arc-flash suits and FR clothing is coordinated with the site and never charged back to you.
Referral program
Bring your crew, get paid for it
Refer a tradesperson with the tickets we list. When they complete 30 days you receive $500; at 90 days another $1,000, paid through your regular weekly payroll. No cap on referrals.

What we check
We verify tickets against NCCER, AWS, GWO WINDA, state licence boards and Skilled Trades Ontario before any offer, usually within 24 hours. Drug screening and background checks follow FCRA and EEOC rules and are only run for a specific job with your written authorization.
