Send us a name.

What counts
- They must be new to Fieldcraft: not already in our system or applied in the last 12 months.
- The first referral we receive gets the credit.
- No self-referrals, and no current employees of our clients.
- You must still be with Fieldcraft (or within 90 days of your last assignment) at payout.

FAQ
Referral questions
When do I get paid?
On the first regular payroll after your referral’s timesheets show 160 hours (first payment) and 480 hours (second payment). The 480 hours must be reached within 180 days of their first shift.
Is the bonus taxable?
Yes. W-2 workers and staff are paid through payroll with normal withholding. 1099 workers and Referral Partners are paid as nonemployee compensation, and we collect a W-9 first.
What if they quit early?
You keep any payment already made. Payments not yet earned are forfeited.
Two people referred the same person. Who gets it?
Whoever reached us first, based on the time the referral was logged. If it is unclear, we ask the candidate.
Is there a limit?
No limit on referrals. Payouts above $15,000 per person in a calendar year need owner approval.
Can I refer someone who is not in the trades?
We place skilled blue-collar workers: electrical, mechanical, wind, power generation, oil and gas, data center and industrial construction. Referrals outside those trades are not eligible.
Looking for work yourself?
